Healthy way to reduce fat









                  Most of the people want to reduce body fat  in healthy way.Two methods are shown below

                 Eat healthy  food and doing exercise are the two healthiest method for reducing fat.
                 Eating healthy food means to have vegetable, eat fruit, avoid fast food, avoid sugar in tea and coffee, avoid fried food. 
                 Many of them are lazy to  do exercise so they must go for morning walk.

          Daily morning take a walk atleast 30 minutes. This  helps to reduce our Body Fat and also it gives more flexible body structure.Before going to a walk, first drink lot of water which makes our body fresh and it will also refresh our body. 
           Everyday, do a regular exercises.If you are willing to reduce your fat then you must fix early  morning time to do the exercise then only your body fat will be reduced.
           Eat less fried food  and avoid oily food items. drink more amount of water this will used to forget snacks.
