CHICKEN SALAD FOR FAT REDUCING

Generally over weight or fat will occurs due to various special reasons most commonly found reasons is taking over calories. We can reduce fat or excess of body weight by reducing the amount of daily taking calories. Salads are best choice for fat reducing, since it contains less calories. There are varieties of salads are available depending up on the ingredient we add will be responsible for calories so add healthier item in it and make the breakfast, luck or dinner with satisfaction. We can make salad with prawns, chicken which contains protein. Few people know to prepare chicken salad. Taking salads as our breakfast or dinner is the great fat reducing tips.

FAT REDUCING CHICKEN SALADS:

                                                            

Ingredients:
¼ boneless cooked chicken
1 celery stalk-slice
1 Carrot
2 Onion
1/2 Bell pepper
Salad greens
Ingredients for Dressing:
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Mustard
1 tsp. Celery seed
1/2 Salt for taste
1/2 tsp. Pepper

METHOD FOR PREPARING FAT REDUCING CHICKEN SALAD:
  • Chop cooked boneless chicken into same pieces.
  • Now mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • After few minute now mix chopped carrot, onion, bell pepper, celery stalk-slice with chicken and know add the dressing ingredient into it now refrigerate it for 1 hour. 
  • Now add salad greens and nuts for increase the taste. Sever it and have a tasty and healthy food which reduce fat. Taking salad is also one of the fat reducing tips.
