Broccoli is the favorite vegetable of Europeans it is found most in the European countries. INGREDIENTS:

  • 250gms broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium sized garlic
  • 1 cup of fat removed milk
  • Salt and pepper for taste.

PROCEDURE:

  • Cut the broccoli in medium size cook it well.
  • Now make onion and garlic in to paste.
  • Add this paste of onion and garlic paste with broccoli now cook this mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Now take away from fire finally add fat removed milk and add salt and pepper for taste. 
  • Finally add chopped carrot for garnishing you can also add nuts. This is one of the fat reducing healthy soups with delicious tasty.
